Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love our products as much as we do! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Unopened Products:

  • Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • Time Frame: You have 180 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange unopened products.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Opened Products:

  • Eligibility: Items that have been opened but are still in new and unused condition.
  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange opened products.
  • Refund Method: Refunds for opened products will be processed as store credit.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at sales@snsbodyessentials.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item using return label sent to you.

Exchange Process:

  1. Initiate Exchange: Contact our customer service team at sales@snsbodyessentials.com to initiate the exchange process.
  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item using return label sent to you.
  4. Receive Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange and send the replacement item to you.

Exceptions:

  • Products purchased during a sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
